Urbanization is an outcome of both population growth and rural-urban migration. As urbanization increase, more and more people are becoming city dwellers. Bangladesh is not an exception to that picture. In recent time increasing demand for shelter is intense. The right of shelter is a fundamental right, which is ensured by the Constitution of Bangladesh. In the private sector, housing companies provide thousands of houses for thousand families by utilizing proper technology and proper merits.

There are more than 30 lacs (approx) people are indirectly involved with this Industry. Housing Sector has a contribution of 12-25% (approx) in the total economic Growth. But it is very difficult on part of the Government of Bangladesh alone to ensure housing for all. So we have decided to come in this sector as real estate development to ensure dwelling of the every income level people against their desired budget.
